  • If the product requested for exchange is of a higher value than the original, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

  • The video must clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the visible damage.
  • If the video is tampered with or insufficient, the claim will be rejected, and the standard exchange policy will apply.

7. Damages After Delivery

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns for products that are damaged after delivery to the customer.
